At EasyStep, we want you to be genuinely satisfied with your purchase. If the product isn't right for you, our 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee lets you return it for a full refund of the purchase price.

30-Day Money-Back Guarantee

You may request a return within 30 days of the delivery date. Requests submitted after this window has closed cannot be accepted.

To be eligible, the item must be in resalable condition — undamaged, complete, and returned with all original packaging and accessories. Items showing signs of misuse, modification, or damage beyond reasonable inspection may be refused or refunded in part.

How to start a return

Email us at info@eazystepco.com with your order number and a brief note about the reason for return. We will confirm your eligibility and provide the return address within [1–2] business days.

Please do not send items back before receiving written confirmation. Unannounced returns cannot be matched to an order and may not be refunded.

Return shipping

The customer is responsible for arranging and paying for return shipping. Original shipping charges, where applicable, are non-refundable.

We strongly recommend using a tracked service. Until the parcel reaches us, it remains your responsibility, and we cannot issue a refund for a return that does not arrive.

Refunds

Once your return arrives at our facility, we inspect it and process your refund within [3–5] business days. Refunds are issued to the original payment method.

Depending on your bank or card issuer, funds typically appear within [5–10] business days of processing. This timing is outside our control.

Damaged, defective, or incorrect items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or is not what you ordered, contact us within [7] days of delivery with photographs of the item and packaging.

In these cases you cover return shipping we will issue you a full refund.

Orders may be cancelled at no charge before they are dispatched. Once an order has shipped, our standard return process applies.
